Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when you can cancel a ZULO subscription or request a refund for any payment made through the ZULO app or website. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

ZULO offers two types of paid products:


2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel any ZULO subscription at any time from Profile → Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to paid features until that date.

Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund. See the refund section below for eligibility.


3. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window on your first subscription purchase. To qualify:

Refunds for subscription renewals (after the initial 7-day window, or for any subsequent billing cycle) are not generally offered. However, if you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review the case individually.


4. Coin Purchases

Coins are digital goods. Once Coins are credited to your ZULO wallet, the purchase is considered delivered and is final and non-refundable. This applies even if the Coins have not been spent inside the app.

Exceptions where a refund or re-credit will be issued:

In all three cases, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will verify and either credit the correct Coins or issue a full refund to the original payment method.


5. How to Request a Refund

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and, once approved, process the refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your ZULO account pending investigation. We encourage you to email [email protected] first so we can resolve the issue directly and avoid unnecessary fees on both sides.


8. iOS and Android In-App Purchases

This policy applies to subscriptions and Coin purchases made through the ZULO web app, where Razorpay is the payment processor.

Subscriptions and Coin purchases made through the ZULO iOS app are processed by Apple via the App Store. Subscriptions and Coin purchases made through the ZULO Android app are processed by Google via Google Play. Refunds for these purchases are handled directly by Apple and Google under their own refund policies, which take precedence:
