ZULO offers two types of paid products:
You may cancel any ZULO subscription at any time from Profile → Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to paid features until that date.
Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund. See the refund section below for eligibility.
We offer a 7-day refund window on your first subscription purchase. To qualify:
Refunds for subscription renewals (after the initial 7-day window, or for any subsequent billing cycle) are not generally offered. However, if you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review the case individually.
You can move between Edge tiers at any time. The rules below apply to changes made outside the 7-day refund window; within that window your purchase can be refunded in full and you can start fresh on a different tier or cadence.
On iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play), plan changes are handled by the platform and follow Apple's and Google's standard proration rules. The rules above apply to subscriptions purchased on the ZULO web app via Razorpay (India users) or Lemon Squeezy acting as Merchant of Record (non-India users).
One-off add-ons are digital goods. Once the unlock is delivered to your ZULO account, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is final and non-refundable. This applies even if the add-on has not been used.
Exceptions where a refund or re-delivery will be issued:
In all three cases, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will verify and either re-deliver the add-on or issue a full refund to the original payment method.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and, once approved, process the refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your ZULO account pending investigation. We encourage you to email [email protected] first so we can resolve the issue directly and avoid unnecessary fees on both sides.
This policy applies to subscriptions, one-off add-ons, and UPI microtransactions made through the ZULO web app. On the web channel, payments are processed by Razorpay for India users and by Lemon Squeezy (acting as Merchant of Record) for users outside India.
Subscriptions and add-on purchases made through the ZULO iOS app are processed by Apple via the App Store. Subscriptions and add-on purchases made through the ZULO Android app are processed by Google via Google Play. Refunds for these purchases are handled directly by Apple and Google under their own refund policies, which take precedence:
We will assist with platform refund requests where possible. Please email [email protected] with your purchase details. We cannot override Apple's or Google's decisions and we cannot issue cash refunds for purchases made through their platforms.
